On 5 February 2016, the Czech Bar Association was entrusted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic with out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes for disputes between the attorney and the consumer based on Contracts for the Provision of Legal Services (pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection, as amended). The price for legal services, individual legal meetings and other forms of attorney’s work is based on an individual agreement with the consumer, taking into account the consumer’s claims and demands, as well as the complexity of the entire case and all its contexts. The form of remuneration is also agreed individually and in agreement with the client.
